In mid-2018, an inventor approached our team with an idea that he'd been developing for a smartwatch that focused on safety features for families. He felt confident that he and his team could develop the hardware they envisioned, but when it came to UI and UX design for the control application, they felt a little out of their depth. I was thrilled to lead my team in the development of an application for iOS and Android that was easy to navigate, yet filled with robust features that tied directly to the smartwatch.
